You are just coming into your stride professionally and have the confidence that wasn’t there in your earlier years. Mid-Life Package Comprises
- Initial discovery call during which the coaching relationship is established and the issues to be resolved are identified. This session discusses your goals to see if coaching is right for you and you have chosen the right package.
- 5 Coaching sessions of 60 minutes each, delivered in person, via Skype or via phone.
- An agreed strategy plan for future actions.
