This package will help you to make some of those key decisions in a safe environment:

• How do you find your tribe?
• Where can you get the support that you need?
• How do you cope with a sense of overwhelm.

• Initial discovery call during which the coaching relationship is established and the issues to be resolved are identified. This session discusses your goals to see if coaching is right for you and you have chosen the right package.
• 5 Coaching sessions of 60 minutes each, delivered in person, via Skype or via phone.
• An agreed strategy plan for future actions.
